Terms and Condition
All services provided by Borneo Fairyland Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd are as described in the tour itineraries and
include transfers, meals, accommodation and guiding services. Unless explicitly stated in the itinerary,
all miscellaneous items are at the guest’s personal expense. All tours are quoted exclusive of air
fares and air travel surcharges, whether domestic or international.
- Our chief priority is our guests’ personal comfort and safety. Therefore we reserve the right to make such alterations to our tours as we deem necessary, either with or without notice, due to weather, environmental conditions, or other circumstances as we see fit.
- Borneo Fairyland only acts as an intermediary for overseas principals, transportation companies, hotels and all other contractors providing services to guests, and shall not be held responsible for the following, however caused or sustained: any damage and/or loss to clients’ personal property, any damage/injury to their persons, any loss of life, any delays or cancellations to their tours or travel arrangements.
- Full payment must be made before commencement of any tours. No refund will be made if any tours, transfers, meals or other services provided are not fully utilised.
- Any cancellation must be advised in writing (including telex, telegram, fax or e-mail) and must be received by us not less than 7 days before the commencement of any tour or other service, whether payment has been made or not. Any cancellation made less than 7 days and more than 3 days before the date of commencement shall entitle Borneo Fairyland to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the agreed price. Any cancellation made less than 3 days before the date of commencement shall entitle us to charge the full amount of the total agreed price.
